They depend on your support to survive
Information for horse rescue donations are on the IRS website under Charitable, Nonprofit and Tax Exempt organizations.
The IRS determined our organization is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Public Charity.
Our funding depends on donations, sponsors, fosters, and affordable adoption fees for those who want to adopt and will provide care and a good home.
"A donor will receive a written Donor Receipt from Tennessee Horse Rescue showing the name of the charity, the date of the contribution, and the amount of the contribution, who the donation was received from, and our Federal ID number."
We are now accepting donations and the horse in the image needs your help. Donations may be financial, supplies, feed, vet care, training, and more. Even small donations will help in setting up the facility as people are contacting us to adopt horses and surrender those they can no longer care for.
Farm and/or Landowners can donate property in exchange for a charitable deduction and we will provide you with documentation for your taxes. However, we recommend you talk with your tax preparer or CPA concerning your land use status and the % of the donation that you can use the next tax year.
You can stop at any Regions Branch Office, or call, and make a donation to "Tenneessee Horse Rescue Manchester TN". Contact us for your horse rescue donations if you decide to mail a check and we will give you our mailing address. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
